Good location, nice view from rooms, enjoyed the breakfast spread. Children loved it. Spacious executive suite, great for family meals. Comfortable bed, clean room with separate bathtub and shower. Polite staff at breakfast. Kind receptionist allowed late check out. Banquet personnel were helpful. Convenient location near shopping mall and LRT station. a recommended hotel for business or leisure. Thank you.

The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and ideal and there were a big shopping mall and outlet stores nearby. My a deluxe room was luxurious and neat.

I had somewhat limited breakfast; it could be far better.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in the heart of Mid Valley Shopping Mall and I must say, it was a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location couldn't be better, with the hotel being just one door away from the mall. It made shopping and entertainment so convenient! The facilities at this hotel are top-notch, with amenities like room service, valet parking, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff here are commendable, from the friendly front receptionist to the attentive restaurant staff and doorman. They made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.

The hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and bathrooms. The strong water pressure and comfortable King size bed ensure a pleasant stay. The location, right next to the Mid Valley shopping mall and Mid valley station, makes it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide quick responses to requests. The breakfast offered is also a highlight, with a variety of choices to start your day.

Good location next to malls.Clean hotel .

Poor communications. Rooms requested for (Adjoining) even though promised by hotel manager was not done when arrived. Communication problem betweed reservation and front office. My transportation was also poorly handled when I had booked from the hotel to the National stadium.

The hotel is ok because near by training centre. But the cleaning is bad, I found bed cover is dirty. The other thing I tried to cancel the last day and many times I went to reservation that I want to cancel last day also by email, but they ignore me, because I did booking through they didn't accept, but in the end they accept.

Great location! This hotel is very close to MidValley & The Gardens shopping malls and other shopping outlets. You can easily go shopping! The room and bathroom are comfortable. Although, the furnishings are a bit dated. The hotel staff is amiable and willing to help. you can get free alcoholic drinks and good food during the canapé hour!

Sadly, the hotel needs a significant upgrade to its facilities.

I've booked for two rooms as I have 3 young children and requested for a adjoining rooms. However, on checked in, we were put into two rooms at different level (I.E.not even on same level). The fact that I've done this booking almost 4 months back (I.E. giving hotel ample time to plan their room allocation) made this very disappointing and caused much inconvenience during our 4 night stay. On the positive side, the hotel offered to relocate us on the 3rd night, but decided not to take it up.

The hotel is clean and presentable. The staff are polite and pleasant.

The only setback is there is no dedicated car park in this hotel. If cars are to park at Mid Valley mall, then the hotel should give complimentary car park to hotel guests rather than have guests pay RM5 to exit. Although the cost is not a lot but complimentary car park for guests goes a long way to customer retention. Also if hotel can arrange the car park tickets to be validated for guests would be good rather than guests have to go and validate it at the counters located at P1 before exiting.

I recently stayed at The Boulevard - A St Giles Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and I must say, the location is absolutely fantastic. It is conveniently situated at Mid Valley and near my office, making it really convenient for my business trips. The hotel's services have always been decent and I have no complaints at all during my recent stay with my family for a short weekend getaway.

Tv programme not great, only a few. Surprising the hotel does not keep up with time ....still have vision 4 which is outdated. WHY CANT THE HOTEL SUBCRIBE TO MORE ASTRO PROGRAM ?

Location amidst mid valley city makes eating and shopping convenient

Boulevard has aged tremendously and the hotel is looking like it needs a facelift. Beds and Pillows are so uncomfortable, towels are scruffy, amenities basic. Price point is not valid for the level of service delivery anymore. Might as well select Cititel.

The hotel is a fantastic value for money, especially considering its prime location near the Mid-Valley shopping mall. The attention to detail is commendable, with rooms that have a great ambience and are equipped with king-sized beds. The basic amenities provided, including a sewing kit, add a nice touch to the stay.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
